Real stone paint is a crucial component of a building's exterior wall,serving as its protective coating.As material living standards improve,people increasingly seek visually appealing architectural appearances.To ensure the construction quality of the project's exterior wall,this paper proposes the implementation of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)scientific management methodology.This involves conducting thorough investigations and analyses,formulating key control measures for critical aspects such as development,construction,inspection,summarization,improvement,and implementation.Effective implementation of these measures,including proper material control,flatness control,and spraying construction,contributes to maintaining the desired quality of the exterior wall.
