在建筑工程进度管理方面,国家还未出台专门的法律法规,缺少约束效应,施工单位在施工中,主要考虑到提高经济效益,在进度管理方面,不能做到科学化、系统化管理,且由于各种因素的影响导致施工进度缓慢。从当前建筑工程施工进度管理的情况看,占有比重不是很大,还需要进一步完善这项工作,以提高管理效能。文章着重探究建筑工程管理工作中进度管理所发挥的价值。

China currently lacks specific laws and regulations for progress management in construction projects,resulting in limited constraints at a legal level.Construction units primarily focus on improving economic benefits,and even when progress management is implemented,it may not be carried out in a scientific and systematic manner.Various factors can also hinder construction progress.However,the proportion of effective progress management in the construction industry is not very high,indicating the need for further improvements to enhance management efficiency.This paper emphasizes the value of progress management in construction project management.
