摘要
建筑工程造价成本管理在项目开发中具有重要意义,然而,存在信息不准确、供应链管理不畅、人力资源管理不当和变更管理不及时等问题。为解决这些问题,需建立信息收集验证机制、优化供应链合作、合理规划人力资源以及强化变更控制流程,以实现成本管理的有效优化。
Effective construction cost management is essential for project development.However,challenges such as inaccurate information,poor supply chain management,inadequate human resource management,and untimely change management often arise.To address these issues,it is necessary to establish mechanisms for information collection and verification,optimize supply chain cooperation,plan human resources effectively,and strengthen change control processes.
