摘要
水果“最先一公里”加工中,果品冷链仓储加工网络的性能指标取值对该网络中各设备资源协同配置的效果评价至关重要,而果品冷链仓储加工网络具有复杂拓扑结构、缓存区容量有限以及批量服务等特征。针对这些特征带来的网络性能指标求解难的问题,将仓储加工网络建模为有限缓存的批服务开放排队网络,并基于状态空间分解法提出排队网络性能分析方法,以快速准确地求解网络性能指标。将批服务开放排队网络分解为节点模型,包括包装节点和运输节点两类节点;分析各节点的状态转移速率,并建立节点的状态转移平衡方程组;求解各节点的各状态稳态概率,进而求解出整个网络的性能指标。算例求解与仿真对比实验验证了所提方法的有效性。
In the"first kilometer"processing of fruits,it is important to evaluate the effect of the collaborative allocation of equipment resources in the network by the performance index of the fruits processing network in cold chain warehouses.The fruits storage and processing network of cold chain warehouses has the characteristics of complex topology,limited buffer capacity and batch service,which make it difficult to solve the network performance indicators.So the processing network is modeled as an open queuing network with batch service and limited capacity,and a queuing network performance analysis method is proposed based on the decomposition method of state space to solve the network performance indicators quickly and accurately.The open queuing network with batch service is decomposed into packaging node model and transportation node model.The state transition rate of each node model is analyzed and the state transition equilibrium equations of them are established.The steady-state probability of each node model is calculated,and the performance index of the whole network is further obtained.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical examples and simulation experiments.
