血府逐瘀汤对卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Chocolate Cyst of Ovary

目的分析血府逐瘀汤对卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效。方法方便选取2021年3月—2022年3月邳州市中医院妇科收治的82例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为研究对象,所有患者均行腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术,根据术后不同治疗方案将其分为A组和B组,每组41例。A组予以促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist,GnRH-α)治疗,B组予以GnRH-α+血府逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组的Kupperman评分、性激素水平、临床疗效、不良反应以及复发率。结果B组治疗后的Kupperman评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后的雌二醇低于A组,黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、抗苗勒氏管激素高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的总有效率(97.56%)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P=0.034)。两组的不良反应发生率相近,且B组的复发率略低于A组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤在卵巢巧克力囊肿术后治疗中的应用效果较好,可进一步减轻患者症状,改善性激素水平,提高总有效率,且不增加不良反应,复发率低,有效性与安全性均较好,可临床推行。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on chocolate cyst of ovary.Methods A total of 82 patients with chocolate cyst of ovary admitted to the gynecology department of Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were conveniently selected as the research object.All patients underwent laparoscopic chocolate cyst of ovary removal.According to different postoperative treatment plans,they were divided into group A and group B,with 41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-α),group B was treated with GnRH-α+Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The Kupperman score,sex hormone levels,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The Kupperman score in group B after treatment was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol in group B was lower than that in group A,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone were higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(97.56%)of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P=0.034).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups,and the recurrence rate of group B was slightly lower than that of group A,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has good effect in the postoperative treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary,which can further reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the level of sex hormones,improve the total effective rate,and do not increase adverse reactions,low recurrence rate,effectiveness and safety are good,and can be implemented clinically.
