腹腔镜下修补术对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔临床治疗效果的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery Assisted by Endoscopy on Hematoma Clearance Rate in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的针对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施腹腔镜下修补术治疗的临床效果展开分析和探讨。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月安溪县中医院收治的60例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组应用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜下修补术治疗。针对两组患者治疗效果进行对照分析。结果观察组临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者应激反应指标均有不同程度升高,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间比对照组长,其余各项手术相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜下修补术对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施治疗,可以提升其临床疗效,该手术方法可以减少术中出血量,并缩短患者胃肠道功能恢复时间,更加有助于控制机体应激反应,且并发症发生率更低,适合普及使用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair in patients with the perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods 60 patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcers treated in the Anxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group,based on the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic repair surgery.Compared and analyzed the treatment effects of two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05).After treatment,the stress response indicators of both groups increased to varying degrees,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a longer surgical time than the control group,and all other surgical related indicators were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic repair for perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer can improve its clinical efficacy,and this surgical method can reduce intraoperative bleeding and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,which is more helpful for controlling the stress response of the body,and the complication rate is lower,which is suitable for universal use.
