嵌顿性输尿管结石采用排石颗粒联合钬激光碎石术方案治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Treatment of Embedded Ureteral Stones by Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Combined with Paishi Granules

目的研究排石颗粒对嵌顿性输尿管结石患者的治疗效果。方法方便选取2022年1—12月厦门长庚医院收治的嵌顿性输尿管结石患者156例为研究对象,根据病历号的奇偶数分为对比组和观察组,各78例,对比组利用钬激光碎石术治疗,观察组加用排石颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症、炎症反应和肾功能。结果观察组血尿持续时间、结石清除时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、降钙素原、白细胞计数、血清肌酐、尿素氮、结石残留率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对比组治疗的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.540,P=0.014)。结论嵌顿性输尿管结石采取手术方法干预效果较好,加用排石颗粒治疗,能够显著缩短患者的治疗时间,值得临床重视。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Paishi granules on patients with embedded ureteral stones.Methods 156 patients with embedded ureteral stones admitted to Xiamen Changgeng Hospital from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as study objects,and were divided into a comparison group and an observation group of 78 patients each according to the parity of the medical record number.The comparison group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with Paishi granules.Compared the treatment effects,complications,inflammatory reactions,and renal function between the two groups.Results The duration of hematuria,stone removal time,hospitalization time,pain score,ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factorα,procalcitonin,leukocyte count,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and stone residual rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than that in the comparison group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.540,P=0.014).Conclusion Embedded ureteral stones are better intervened by surgical methods,and the addition of lithotripsy granules can significantly shorten the treatment time of patients,which is worthy of clinical attention.
