摘要
目的探讨环泊酚和依托咪酯对老年手术患者全麻诱导期血流动力学变化的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年4月在山西省汾阳医院行全麻手术的老年患者120例,按照随机数表法分为C组和H组,各60例。C组麻醉诱导采用依托咪酯,H组的麻醉诱导采用环泊酚。观察两组患者诱导期血流动力学的指标变化和不良反应。结果两组患者各时间点的舒张压、收缩压、心率和血氧饱和度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的麻醉不良反应发生率为25.00%,对照组的麻醉不良反应发生率为20.00%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.394,P>0.05)。结论环泊酚在老年患者的全麻诱导中同依托咪酯一样,血流动力学影响较小,且并不增加麻醉中的不良反应。
Objective To explore the effects of ciprofol and etomidate on hemodynamic changes during induction of general anesthesia in elderly surgical patients.Methods 120 elderly patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery at Fenyang Hospital in Shanxi Province from January 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into group C and group H,with 60 patients in each group.Group C was anesthetized with etomidate,while group H was anesthetized with cyclophenol.Observed the changes in hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions during the induction period in two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation levels between the two groups of patients at different time points(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia in the observation group was 25.00%,while the incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia in the control group was 20.00%,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.394,P>0.05).Conclusion Ciprofol has less hemodynamic effects than etomidate in the induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients,and does not increase the adverse effects of anesthesia.
