以效率医疗理念构建的全程化护理模式在肺癌气管镜介入手术患者中的应用

Application of Full-course Nursing Model Based on Efficient Medical Concept in Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Bronchoscopic Interventional Surgery

目的探究以效率医疗理念构建的全程化护理模式在肺癌气管镜介入手术患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2020年5月—2022年8月福建省永安市立医院收治的60例肺癌患者,采用便利抽样法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上联合效率医疗理念构建的全程化护理模式干预,比较干预前后两组患者的呼吸功能指标变化、护理满意度及并发症变化情况。结果干预前,两组呼吸功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组呼吸功能指标水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度96.66%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率6.66%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以效率医疗理念构建的全程化护理模式有利于改善肺癌气管镜介入手术患者的呼吸功能及护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the application effect of full-course nursing model based on efficiency medical concept in lung cancer patients undergoing bronchoscopic intervention.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to Yong'an Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2020 to August 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the convenient sampling method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given the whole process nursing model based on the efficiency medical concept on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of respiratory function indexes,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in respiratory function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the respiratory function index level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group 96.66% was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.66%,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The wholecourse nursing model based on the concept of effective medical care can improve the respiratory function and nursing satisfaction of patients with lung cancer undergoing bronchoscopic interventional surgery,reduce the incidence of complications and have good clinical efficacy.
