综合护理干预在手外伤清创缝合患者中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Hand Wound Debridement and Suture Patients

目的探讨对手外伤清创缝合患者给予综合护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年1—12月莆田九十五医院收治的100例手外伤清创缝合患者,以投掷硬币法分为两组,每组50例。参照组接受传统基础护理干预,研究组施以综合护理干预;对比两组手外伤清创缝合患者的伤口感染率、负性情绪评分、护理满意度评分。结果研究组手外伤清创缝合患者伤口感染率2.00%明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05);护理前,两组患者焦虑自评量表评分以及抑郁自评量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS评分以及SDS评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手外伤清创缝合患者心理护理、服务态度、护患沟通、病区护理以及护理效果评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对手外伤清创缝合患者在护理期间,合理给予综合护理干预,可显著降低患者伤口感染率,同时改善患者的负性情绪,并提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hand wound debridement and suture.Methods 100 patients with hand trauma debridement and suture admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by coin throwing method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional basic nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The wound infection rate,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction score of patients with hand trauma debridement and suture were compared between the two groups.Results The wound infection rate of hand trauma patients in the study group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological nursing,service attitude,nurse-patient communication,ward nursing and nursing effect of patients with hand trauma debridement and suture in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce wound infection rate,improve patients'negative emotions and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing during the nursing of hand wound debridement and suture patients.
