雷火灸与益气健脾方联合治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌对患者症状评分、免疫功能的影响研究

Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Yiqi Jianpi Recipe on Symptom Score and Immune Function of Lung Cancer Patients with Lung Qi Deficiency

目的探讨雷火灸联合益气健脾方联合治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌的临床疗效及对患者症状评分与免疫功能改善情况。方法随机选取2022年1—12月新沂市中医医院肿瘤内科收治的60例肺脾气虚型肺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分成两组,各30例,其中对照组采取益气健脾方治疗,观察组基于对照组加用雷火灸,比较两组治疗前后症状评分与T淋巴细胞等水平。结果观察组治疗后咳嗽评分为(1.03±0.26)分,咳痰评分为(1.01±0.24)分,胸闷评分为(0.96±0.21)分,气喘评分为(0.91±0.26)分,咯血评分为(1.01±0.25)分,便秘评分为(0.90±0.19)分,自汗评分为(0.98±0.18)分,纳差评分为(1.01±0.23)分,神疲乏力评分为(1.04±0.30)分,心烦失眠评分为(1.05±0.31)分,均高于同组治疗前,且比对照组各项评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.479、4.519、4.242、4.359、4.378、6.697、6.931、4.535、3.795、3.871,P<0.05);两组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及自然杀伤细胞水平均明显高于同组治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸结合益气健脾方治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌可有效改善中医相关症状与免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Yiqi Jianpi Recipe in the treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency type lung cancer,and improvement of the symptom score and immune function of patients.Methods From January to December 2022,60 patients with lung cancer of lung and spleen qi deficiency type admitted to the Department of Oncology,Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction,and the observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion based on the control group.The symptom scores and T lymphocyte levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cough score of the observation group was(1.03±0.26)points,the sputum score was(1.01±0.24)points,the chest tightness score was(0.96±0.21)points,the asthma score was(0.91±0.26)points,the hemoptysis score was(1.01±0.25)points,the constipation score was(0.90±0.19)points,the spontaneous sweating score was(0.98±0.18)points,the anorexia score was(1.01±0.23)points,the fatigue score was(1.04±0.30)points,and the upset insomnia score was(1.05±0.31)points,which were higher than those before treatment in the same group,the scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.479,4.519,4.242,4.359,4.378,6.697,6.931,4.535,3.795,3.871,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer cells in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Yiqi Jianpi recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
