针灸联合呼吸训练对青少年脊柱侧弯患者VAS评分及效果的影响

Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Respiratory Training on VAS Score and Outcome in Adolescent Scoliosis Patients

目的 分析青少年脊柱侧弯患者联合应用针灸、呼吸训练模式所取效果,评估对疼痛视觉模拟评估量表(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)评分产生的影响。方法 便利选取2022年3月—2023年3月联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的74例青少年脊柱侧弯患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=37),前者给予骨盆矫正,后者以对照组干预措施为基础联合应用针灸、呼吸训练。对比两组患者VAS评分、脊柱角度、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index, ODI)评分。结果 干预前,两组患者VAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,且观察组[(4.56±1.07)、(3.49±0.87)、(2.56±0.57)分]低于对照组[(5.72±1.04)、(4.54±0.94)、(2.92±0.64)分],差异有统计学意义(t=4.729、4.987、2.555,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者脊柱角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者脊柱角度均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各评估项目测定结果显示为干预前,两组患者ODI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组ODI评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 青少年脊柱侧弯患者应用针灸联合呼吸训练具有较高应用价值,在改善脊柱侧弯症状的同时缓解其疼痛程度,有利于改善脊柱功能障碍。

Objective To analyze the effects of the combined application of acupuncture and breathing training modes in adolescent scoliosis patients,and to evaluate the effects on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores.Methods 74 patients with adolescent scoliosis admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from March 2022 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with the randomized numerical table method,which were set as control group(n=37)and observation group(n=37).The former group was given pelvic correction,and the latter group was compared with the intervention of the control group based on the combined application of acupuncture and respiratory training.The VAS score,spinal angle,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were compared between two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,VAS scores decreased in both groups,and the observation group[(4.56±1.07),(3.49±0.87),(2.56±0.57)points]were lower than those in the control group[(5.72±1.04),(4.54±0.94),(2.92±0.64)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.729,4.987,2.555,P<0.05).Before the intervention,the spinal angle was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the spinal angle of both groups was lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The measurement results of each assessment item of the showed that Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the ODI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the ODI scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture combined with respiratory training in adolescent scoliosis patients has a high value of application,which is beneficial to improving spinal dysfunction by alleviating the degree of pain while improving the symptoms of scoliosise.
