A型肉毒毒素在颌面部外伤性瘢痕中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Botulinum Toxin Type A in Traumatic Scar of Maxillofacial Region

目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素在颌面部外伤性瘢痕中的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年1—12月上海交通大学医学院苏州九龙医院烧伤整形科收治的67例颌面部外伤患者的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同分成两组,研究组34例,对照组33例。研究组于清创整形美容缝合术后注射A型肉毒毒素,对照组于清创整形美容缝合术后不注射A型肉毒毒素。观察两组疗效和药物不良反应。结果 术后3、6个月,研究组温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver Scar Scale, VSS)评分为(3.62±0.92)分、(2.53±0.86)分低于对照组的(5.91±1.38)分、(3.70±0.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-8.025、-6.295,P<0.001)。两组患者均未发生药物不良反应。结论 在颌面部外伤性瘢痕的治疗中给予患者注射A型肉毒素,效果较好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of botulinum toxin type A in the traumatic scar of maxillofacial region.Methods Clinical data of 67 patients with maxillofacial trauma admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery,Suzhou Jiulong Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,34 cases in the study group and 33 cases in the control group.The study group was injected with type A botulinum toxin after debridement and cosmetic suturing,while the control group was not injected with type A botulinum toxin after debridement and cosmetic suturing.The efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed.Results At 3 and 6 months after operation,the Vancouver Scars Cale(VSS)scores of the study group(3.62±0.92)points and(2.53±0.86)points were lower than those of the control group(5.91±1.38)points and(3.70±0.64)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-8.025,-6.295,P<0.001).No adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic scar of maxillofacial region,the effect of injecting botulinum toxin type A is better.
