基于管道护理风险评估的分层护理在肿瘤患者PICC置管后护理管理中的应用

Application of Stratified Nursing Care Based on Pipeline Nursing Risk As⁃sessment in Nursing Management of Oncology Patients after PICC Place⁃ment

目的 探究基于管道护理风险评估的分层护理在肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter, PICC)置管后的护理效果。方法 简单随机选取2021年1月—2023年3月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的80例PICC置管患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予基于管道护理风险评估的分层护理。对比两组干预后的护理效果、并发症发生情况、依从性和满意度以及干预前后自我护理能力。结果 干预后,观察组导管堵塞、导管打折、导管滑脱发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率12.50%明显低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性和满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将基于管道护理风险评估的分层护理应用于肿瘤患者PICC置管后,能提高护理效果和患者的依从性及满意度,降低并发症发生风险,还能提高患者的自我护理能力。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of stratified care based on pipeline nursing risk assessment after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)placement in oncology patients.Methods A simple random selection of 80 patients with PICC placement admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by using the random number table method,with 40 case in each group.The control group received conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group was given stratified nursing care based on pipeline nursing risk assessment on this basis.The nursing effect,complication occurrence,adherence and satisfaction,and exposition service contractors association before and after the intervention were compared in both groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of catheter blockage,catheter fracture and catheter slippage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of 12.50%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 37.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of stratified nursing care based on pipeline nursingrisk assessment to PICC placement in oncology patients can improve the nursing effect and patient compliance and satisfaction,reduce the risk of complications, and also improve the self-care ability of patients.
