目前心肺康复在冠心病治疗和预防中的研究进展

Current Research Progress of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in the Treatment and Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease

近些年,随着冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的发生率逐渐增加,后续的一系列治疗研究也不断深入。在冠心病患者中,除应用传统药物、手术方式对其进行干预外,当前的研究热点集中在心肺康复方面。通过科学、正确的心肺康复,对改善冠心病患者的预后具有积极意义,如提高其运动耐力,改善其心肺功能,促进其生活质量提升等。本文综述心肺康复的概述、在冠心病治疗和预防中的应用效果、存在的问题,为后续冠心病患者康复方案的制订提供参考。

In recent years,with the gradual increase in the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease),a series of subsequent therapeutic studies have been carried out.In the patients with coronary heart disease,in addition to the application of traditional drugs and surgical methods to intervene,the current research hotspot focuses on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.Through scientific and correct cardiopulmonary rehabilitation,it is of positive significance to improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease,such as improving their exercise endurance,improving their cardiopulmonary function,and promoting their quality of life.This paper summarizes the overview of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation,the application effect in the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease,and the existing problems,and provides references for the subsequent development of rehabilitation programs for patients with coronary heart disease.
