参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊辅助治疗对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及氧化应激的影响

Effects of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Haikun Shenxi Capsule on Renal Function and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法方便选取2021年8月—2022年8月福建省宁德市中医院收治的76例慢性肾衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组38例,对照组选择海昆肾喜胶囊治疗,研究组选择参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗,在治疗两个月后比较两组患者的治疗有效率、肾功能指标和氧化应激指标水平。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为92.1%,比对照组的71.1%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.984,P<0.05);研究组治疗后的肾功能指标以及氧化应激指标水平都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤联合海昆肾喜胶囊辅助治疗对慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果更加显著,可以有效改善机体的肾功能指标以及氧化应激指标,促进身体的快速康复。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule on patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian Province from August 2021 to August 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Haikun Shenxi capsule,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule.After two months of treatment,the therapeutic effectiveness,renal function index and oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate was 92.1%in the study group and higher than 71.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.984,P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes and oxidative stress indexes were better than those in the study group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule has a more significant therapeutic effect on patients with chronic renal failure,which can effectively improve the kidney function index and oxidative stress index of the body,and promote the rapid recovery of the body.
