加味桂枝茯苓方联合穴位敷贴治疗输卵管炎性不孕症患者的临床效果及对炎症因子和血液流变学的影响

Clinical Effect of Supplemented Guizhi Poria Recipe Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Salpingitis Infertility and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors and Hemorheology

目的探究加味桂枝茯苓方联合穴位敷贴治疗输卵管炎性不孕症患者的临床效果及对炎症因子和血液流变学的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年12月—2023年2月滕州市妇幼保健院期间收治的输卵管炎性不孕症患者94例的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组采用常规输卵管加压通液治疗,观察组另辅以加味桂枝茯苓方联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组治疗后通畅情况、1年内宫内妊娠情况、不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后炎症因子指标、血液流变学指标变化情况。结果观察组通畅率为95.74%,高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.598,P<0.05)。观察组1年内宫内妊娠率高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组各炎症因子指标、各血液流变学指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味桂枝茯苓方联合穴位敷贴治疗输卵管炎性不孕症患者的临床效果显著,能够改善患者炎症水平及血液流变学状态,有效满足其妊娠需求,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of supplemented Guizhi Poria recipe combined with acupoint application in the treatment of salpingitis infertility and its influence on inflammatory factors and hemorheology.Methods The clinical data of 94 cases of infertility patients with salpingtis admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional tubal pressure and fluid,and the observation group was treated with added Guizhi Poring decoction combined with acupoint application.The patency,intrauterine pregnancy within 1 year,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the changes of inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The patency rate of observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of control group(72.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.598,P<0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Af ter intervention,all inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of supplemented Guizhi Poria decoction combined with acupoint application on infertility patients with salpingitis is remarkable,which can improve the inflammation level and hemorheology status of patients,effectively meet their pregnancy needs,and has high safety.
