双黄连口服液联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid Combined with Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsule on Oral Ulcer

目的分析双黄连口服液联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果及应用价值。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年1月新泰市人民医院收治的750例口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组375例,采用雷尼替丁治疗,研究组375例,采用双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁治疗。对比两组炎症因子水平、口腔溃疡症状消失时间、治疗前后疼痛评分、治疗效果以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的症状消失时间以及疼痛评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.3%,高于参照组的77.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=68.998,P<0.05)。参照组不良反应总发生率为5.9%,与研究组的4.3%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双黄连口服液和盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊的联合应用在治疗口腔溃疡方面显示出显著效果,能缩短溃疡的恢复时间、减少疼痛程度,并提高整体治疗有效率,同时不会增加患者的不良反应,从而证明这种组合疗法在治疗口腔溃疡上具有较大的优越性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods 750 patients with oral ulcer admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the reference group(375 cases)to receive ranitidine treatment,and the study group(375 cases)to receive Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined ranitidine treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors,the time when symptoms of oral ulcer disappeared,the pain score before and after treatment,the treatment effect and the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom resolution time and pain score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.3%,higher than that of the reference group(77.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=68.998,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 5.9%,which was compared with 4.3%in the study group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and ranitidine hydrochloride capsule has shown remarkable effects in the treatment of oral ulcer,which can shorten the recovery time of ulcer,reduce the degree of pain,and enhance the overall treatment efficiency without increasing the adverse reactions of patients,thus proving that this combination therapy has greater advantages in the treatment of oral ulcer.
