全程点式对接护理应用在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的价值

Value of Whole-course Point-docking Nursing in Nursing of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理的有效措施,探讨全程点式对接护理的应用价值。方法研究对象为随机选取2021年6月—2022年11月在三明市第一医院血液净化中心进行血液透析的100例患者,随机分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和观察组(n=50,全程点式对接护理)。记录评价生活质量水平及并发症发生情况。结果随机选取观察组的社会关系(86.58±4.73)分、心理领域(87.67±4.34)分、日常生活能力(91.89±4.58)分、生理领域(90.90±5.87)分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.674、10.766、11.580、7.503,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.00%明显低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);观察组的护理依从性为98.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中实施全程点式对接护理可明显改善患者生活质量,同时对并发症发生率的控制及提升治疗依从性有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the effective measures of nursing of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients and explore the application value of whole-course point-docking nursing.Methods The study subjects were 100 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the Blood Purification Center of Sanming First Hospital from June 2021 to November 2022,and were randomly selected and divided into two groups:control group(n=50,routine nursing)and observation group(n=50,whole-course point-docking nursing).The quality of life and complications were recorded and evaluated.Results The scores of social relation(86.58±4.73)points,psychological field(87.67±4.34)points,daily living ability(91.89±4.58)points and physiological field(90.90±5.87)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.674,10.766,11.580,7.503,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of whole-course pointdocking nursing in the nursing of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and has a positive effect on the control of complications and improve treatment compliance.
