加速康复护理对直肠癌患者术后营养状况、体质指数及并发症的影响探讨

Exploring the Effects of Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Nutritional Status,Body Mass Index,and Complications in Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的探讨加速康复护理对直肠癌患者术后营养状况、体质指数及并发症的影响。方法简单随机选取2022年3月—2023年3月湛江市农垦中心医院收治的行手术治疗直肠癌患者60例,以随机数表法分成两组,对照组(n=30)行常规护理,观察组(n=30)强化基础护理,行加速康复护理,比较两组患者术后营养状况、体质指数及并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者护理后前白蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白水平均低于护理前,且低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理后体质指数低于护理前,且低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为10.00%(3/30)低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.332,P<0.05)。结论加速康复护理科可以提高直肠癌患者术后营养状况,避免体质指数下降,预防并发症的发生,是一种优秀且全新的护理方案。

Objective To explore the effects of accelerated rehabilitation nursing on postoperative nutritional status,body mass index and complications of rectal cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment admitted to Zhanjiang Nongken Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were simple randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=30)practiced conventional nursing care,the observation group(n=30)strengthened basic nursing care and practiced accelerated rehabilitation nursing care,and compared the postoperative nutritional status,body mass index,and complications of patients in the two groups.Results The levels of pre-albumin,albumin and total protein in control group after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and lower than those in observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index of control group after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and lower than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group[10.00%(3/30)]was lower than that in the control group[26.67%(8/30)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing department is an excellent and new nursing program to improve the postoperative nutritional status of rectal cancer patients,avoid the decline of body mass index,and prevent the occurrence of complications.
