摘要
离子膜电解过程中有氢气生成,由于氢气属于易燃易爆气体,生产过程中设备管道不允许出现泄漏,一旦泄漏就会造成安全隐患。尤其对氢气设备管道进行动火作业时,准确分析空间氢气含量,可为安全生产提供保障。
Hydrogen is generated during the ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process in the chlor-alkali chemical production.Because hydrogen is flammable and explosive gas,the equipment pipeline is not allowed to leak during the production process.Once leaked,it will cause potential safety hazards.Especially for hot work of hydrogen equipment and pipeline,accurate analysis of hydrogen content in space can provide guarantee for safe production.
