依诺肝素钠联合间苯三酚治疗先兆流产患者的效果及对E_(2)、P、β-HCG水平的影响

Effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with phloroglucinol in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion and its influences on E_(2),P and β-HCG levels

目的分析依诺肝素钠联合间苯三酚治疗先兆流产患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月至2023年2月于本院诊治的76例先兆流产患者为研究对象,依据入院时间顺序编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组(奇数)与观察组(偶数),各38例。对照组肌肉注射间苯三酚注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上皮下注射依诺肝素钠注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的腹痛缓解时间、阴道止血时间、腰酸缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后5 d,两组的雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后5 d,观察组的活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(T-PA)水平高于对照组,纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依诺肝素钠联合间苯三酚可促进先兆流产患者的临床症状消退,调节内分泌指标,改善凝血功能,在一定程度上可降低先兆流产及其他并发症发生风险,有助于提升患者的妊娠安全性,具有重要应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with phloroglucinol in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 76 patients with threatened abortion diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission time sequence number,the patients were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number),with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol injection,and the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of enoxaparin sodium injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The abdominal pain relief time,vaginal hemostasis time and lumbar acid relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 5 d after treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 5 d after treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and tissue plasminogen activator(T-PA)level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enoxaparin sodium combined with phloroglucinol can promote the regression of clinical symptoms in patients with threatened abortion,regulate endocrine indexes,improve coagulation function,and reduce the risk of threatened abortion and other complications to a certain extent,it is helpful to improve the pregnancy safety of patients and has important application value.
