基于问题解决模式的集束化心理疏导对卵巢囊肿术后患者心理压力及生活质量的影响

Effects of cluster psychological counseling based on problem solving model on psychological stress and quality of life of patients after ovarian cyst surgery

目的探讨基于问题解决模式的集束化心理疏导对卵巢囊肿术后患者心理压力及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年3月收治的150例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于问题解决模式的集束化心理疏导。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于问题解决模式的集束化心理疏导可缓解卵巢囊肿术后患者的心理压力,促进卵巢功能恢复,提升生活质量及睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of cluster psychological counseling based on problem solving model on psychological stress and quality of life of patients after ovarian cyst surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with ovarian cysts admitted from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given cluster psychological counseling based on problem solving model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster psychological counseling based on problem solving model can relieve the psychological stress of patients after ovarian cyst surgery,promote the recovery of ovarian function,and improve the quality of life and sleep,which is worth promoting.
