“3H”理论下的全方位护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果及对康复速度的影响

Application effect of comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on rehabilitation speed

目的分析“3H”理论下的全方位护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果及对康复速度的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月收治的66例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机电脑数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以“3H”理论下的全方位护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果出院时,两组患儿的气道分级、儿童早期预警评分(PEWS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的止咳时间、退热时间、气促改善时间、肺啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患儿的动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))均升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“3H”理论下的全方位护理可有效缓解重症肺炎患儿的病情状况,加快康复速度,提升康复效果,并且促进患儿家属满意度提高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on rehabilitation speed.Methods Sixty-six children with severe pneumonia admitted from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random computer number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the airway grade and Pediatric Early Warning Score(PEWS)scores of both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The cough relief time,fever reduction time,shortness of breath improvement time,lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))increased and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the children's family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory can effectively alleviate the disease status of children with severe pneumonia,accelerate the rehabilitation speed,improve the rehabilitation effect,and promote the satisfaction of the family members.
