摘要 以“功率电子封装与可靠性”课程为背景,对创新性实验教学在本科生专业课程中的意义和教学模式进行了深入探讨。根据课程教学大纲,结合产业背景以概论课的形式进行课程思政教育,结合学科前沿进行理论课教学,设置基础实验教学训练基本实验技能。在做好理论课和基础实验课教学的基础上,选题立项并分组开展创新性实验教学。创新性实验教学的设计能够有效提高学生解决实际问题的综合能力,培养学生的科研思维方法和创新精神。 Based on the course“Power Electronic Packaging and Reliability”,this work discusses the significance and teaching mode of innovative experiment teaching in undergraduate professional courses.According to the syllabus of the course,the ideological and political education is carried out in the form of survey courses combined with the industrial background.The theory courses are conducted combining with the cutting-edge research and basic experiment teaching is set up to train basic experiment skills.On the basis of theoretical courses and basic experimental courses,innovative experimental teaching is carried out by project selection and grouping,aiming at improving the ability of solving practical problems and cultivating innovative spirit.
