摘要
专业学位研究生培养中的关键问题在于行业企业导师的参与和培养过程,核心问题在于构建合理的校企协同培养模式,以达到全面发挥行业企业的优势,提升专业学位研究生培养质量。依托陕西科技大学材料与化工学位点建设,以材料与化工专业研究生的培养为例,提出“一个中心,三个顶点,四个循环”的校企协同培养模式,介绍培养模式的内涵,从培养环节、教学模式、校企协同培养各层次平台、多级联动评价反馈体系等方面说明如何应用该培养模式并提高工程实践教学效果。
In the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates,the key issue is the participation and the cultivation process of mentors from industry enterprises,and the core issue is to build a reasonable university enterprise cooperation cultivation model,so as to fully stimulate the advantages of industry enterprises and improve the quality of professional degree postgraduates’cultivation.Based on the construction of the material and chemical engineering degree of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology,taking the cultivation of postgraduates from material and chemical engineering as an example,the university-enterprise cooperation cultivation mode of“one center,three top points and four cycles”is proposed,and the connotation of this cultivation model is introduced.Moreover,how to apply this cultivation mode to improve the effect of engineering practice teaching in terms of cultivation sessions,teaching mode,university-enterprise cooperation cultivation platform at all levels,and multilevel linkage evaluation feedback system is explained.
