摘要
教育是国家富强、民族兴旺的基础和动力。中华民族自古以来就有重视教育的优良传统。韩非子作为我国战国时期的重要思想家,其理论中的教育思想对现代教育体系和制度也有积极的借鉴意义。学界现有研究大多针对韩非子的法制思想中包含的教育因素进行探讨,通过在前人之述的基础上,从韩非子的人性假设和法制思想对道德教育的促进方面入手,探寻其理论中蕴含的教育因素对于现代教育的积极影响。
Education serves as the cornerstone and driving force behind the Chinese nation’s pursuit of rejuvenation.Throughout history,the Chinese nation has upheld a strong tradition of valuing education.Han Feizi,a prominent thinker during the Warring States Periods in China,presented educational ideas in his theories that hold significant relevance and influence on the modern education system and its framework.While previous research in academia has primarily focused on the educational aspects found within Han Feizi’s legal system theory.This paper takes a different approach by delving into the positive implications of Han Feizi’s theories on modern education,examining his assumptions regarding human nature and the promotion of the rule of law thought on moral education in light of existing scholarship.
