应用型本科高校产教融合教学模式探索——以“人职匹配”视角为例

Exploration of the Integrated Teaching Mode of Industry and Education in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities:Taking the“Person-to-Job Matching”Perspective as an Example

在“人职匹配”视角下,探讨应用型本科高校产教融合模式,构建“人职匹配”产教融合协同育人体系,从制订“人职匹配”人才培养方案、开发实践育人基地与岗位、建设“双师双能型”师资队伍、完善组织管理机制、构建产教融合效能评价体系和质量监控与持续改进等六个方面,深化“人职匹配”产教融合协同育人模式,构建了三种“人职匹配”产教融合协同育人的实施路径,对提高学生的职业能力和职业素养具有很好的促进作用,对解决人才供需错位、提高人才培养质量及改革应用型高校教学模式也是一种有益的探索。

From the perspective of“talent and post matching”,to explore the integration mode of industry and education in applied undergraduate universities and build industry-education integration and collaborative education system,from the six aspects of the formulation of talent training program,the development of practice education base and post,the construction of“double teacher and double ability”teacher team,and the improvement of organization and management mechanism,the construction of industry and education integration efficiency evaluation system and quality monitoring and continuous improvement,the“talent and post matching”industryeducation integration and collaborative education model is improved,three industry and education integration collaborative education implementation path are constructed,which has a good role in improving students’professional ability and professional quality,and is also a beneficial exploration to solve the mismatch of talent supply and demand,improve the quality of talent training and reform the teaching mode of application-oriented universities.
