PFNA内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折患者的效果及对并发症的影响

Effectiveness of PFNA Internal Fixation in Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Femur and Its Impact on Complications

目的探究防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折患者的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月在博爱县人民医院接受治疗的82例股骨转子间骨折患者,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(动力髋螺钉内固定)及观察组(PFNA内固定),各41例。比较两组手术情况、术后临床指标、临床疗效和并发症。结果观察组手术时间、切口长度短于对照组;观察组术中出血量少于对照组;观察组下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、躯体负重时间短于对照组;观察组临床疗效高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PFNA内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折,效果显著,可改善髋关节功能,促进骨折愈合,并发症发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation of anti-rotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA)in treating patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Methods A total of 82 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated in Boai County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into 41 cases each in the control group(internal fixation with power hip screws)and the observation group(internal fixation with PFNA)by applying the method of randomised table,and the surgical situation,postoperative clinical indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group.The observation group’s time to get out of bed,fracture healing time,and weight-bearing time were shorter than that of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA internal fixation treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture,the effect is remarkable,can improve the gas hip joint function,promote fracture healing,the complication rate is lower,and the safety is higher.
