校企合作健康管理专业实践教学模式的探索——以郑州西亚斯学院为例

Explore on the Practical Teaching Mode of University-enterprise Cooperation in Health Management Specialty——Taking Sias University of Zhengzhou as an Example

健康管理专业是近年来新设立的专业,国内多所高校已经陆续开设了健康管理课程,该课程的实践教学对于学生自身专业技能、实践操作能力,以及个人创新意识的培养起着非常重要的作用,校企合作是加强和促进实践教学的重要举措。此文从郑州西亚斯学院校企合作培养健康管理专业人才实践教学的现状出发,分析健康管理专业学生在实践教学中取得的效果和存在的问题,结合我国健康服务业的发展现状,提出对实践教学环节的思考,并针对存在的问题提出相关的建议,以期为国内开设健康管理专业的高校完善实践教学设计提供参考。

Health management major is a newly established major in recent years,many colleges and universities in China have started health management courses,the practical teaching of this course plays a very important role in the cultivation of students’professional skills,practical operation ability and individual innovation consciousness,school-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to strengthen and promote practical teaching.This article started from the practice teaching status of school-enterprise cooperation training of health management professionals in Sias University of Zhengzhou,analyzed the results and problems in practice teaching of this major,combined with our present development status of health service industry,put forward the thinking of practical teaching link,and the relevant suggestions for the existing problems,in order to provide reference for the improvement of practice teaching design of health management major colleges and universities in China.
