运用朱必泉外治验方痹痛散经验

Application Experience of Zhu Biquan’s External Treatment Prescription Bitong Powder

痹痛是临床常见病、多发病,也是针灸科的优势病种,杨贤海主任医师以活血化瘀、疏经通络为主要治疗原则,灵活运用朱必泉外治验方痹痛散结合针灸治疗痹痛,多有效验。针刺以疏经通络、调气行血,中药以调理脏腑、活血化瘀,针药合用,内外结合,标本兼治。此文选录杨贤海主任医师应用痹痛散治疗肩痹、腰痹、膝痹及蛇丹愈后痛验案5则,分析痹痛散组方思路,以期拓展临床治疗痹痛的经验。

Arthralgia is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,and also a dominant disease in department of acupuncture and moxibustion.Chief Physician Yang Xianhai took promoting blood stasis,dredging channels and collaterals as the main treatment principles,flexible used of Zhu Biquan’s external treatment prescription Bitong powder combined with acupuncture treatment of arthralgia has obtained significant effect.Acupuncture dredges channels and dredges collaterals,regulates qi and promotes blood circulation.Traditional Chinese medicine regulates zang-fu organs,promotes blood circulation and removes stasis.Acupuncture and medicine are used together to treat both symptoms and root causes.In this paper,the author selected several cases of Yang Xianhai’s application of Bitong powder in the treatment of shoulder arthralgia,lumbar arthralgia,knee arthralgia and post herpetic neuralgia,and analyzed the ideas of composing prescription of Bitong powder,in order to expand the experience of clinical treatment of arthralgia.
