健行汤联合温针灸治疗膝关节痛临床观察

Jianxing Decoction Combined with Warming Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Knee Joint Pain

目的探讨膝关节痛患者应用自拟健行汤联合温针灸的疗效。方法纳入2020年1月—2022年3月收治于上饶市鄱阳县人民医院的68例膝关节痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各34例。对照组予以温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟健行汤治疗,均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛程度及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组Lyshom膝部评分高于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组未见明显不良反应。结论应用自拟健行汤联合温针灸治疗膝关节痛,可减轻疼痛、改善膝关节功能,效果显著,安全可靠,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed Jianxing decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion in patients with knee joint pain.Methods Sixty-eight patients with knee pain admitted to Poyang County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with self-made Jianxing decoction for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,knee joint function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Lyshom knee score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,visual analog scale(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The self-made Jianxing decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion can relieve pain and improve the function of knee joint in patients with knee joint pain.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of reference.
