脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者腹部穴位按摩及隔姜灸护理临床观察

Abdominal Acupoint Massage and Ginger Moxibustion Nursing on Patients with Epigastric Pain of Deficiency and Cold of Spleen and Stomach Type

目的观察脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者应用腹部穴位按摩及隔姜灸护理的效果。方法选入2021年1月—2022年1月上海市嘉定区中医医院治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者58例,将使用腹部穴位按摩及隔姜灸护理的29例患者作为结合组,将使用腹部穴位按摩护理治疗的29例作为单一组,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、护理满意度。结果结合组总有效率为93.10%(27/29),高于单一组的68.97%(20/29)(P<0.05)。护理后,结合组的胃脘或脘腹胀满、胃脘疼痛、嗳气反酸的中医证候积分低于单一组;生理职能、社会功能、心理健康得分高于单一组;VAS评分低于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合组护理满意度为96.55%(28/29),高于单一组的72.41%(21/29)(P<0.05)。结论脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者应用腹部穴位按摩及隔姜灸护理,较仅使用腹部穴位按摩护理的临床效果好,能够改善患者临床症状、减轻疼痛,提高护理满意度及生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of abdominal acupoint massage and ginger moxibustion nursing on patients with epigastric pain of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods A total of 58 patients with epigastric pain of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach type treated in Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,29 patients were treated with abdominal acupoint massage and ginger moxibustion as the combined group,and 29 patients were treated with abdominal acupoint massage as the single group.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 score,VAS score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 93.10%(27/29),which was higher than that of single group(68.97%,20/29)(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of TCM in combined group were lower than those in single group.The scores of physiological function,social function and mental health were higher than those of the single group.VAS score was lower than that of single group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the combined group was 96.55%(28/29),higher than that of the single group(72.41%,21/29)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of abdominal acupoint massage and ginger moxibustion in the nursing of patients with epigastric pain of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach type is better than that of only using abdominal acupoint massage.It can improve the clinical effect of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
