摘要
微织构超疏水表面因其稳定的憎水性能在耐腐蚀、抗结冰和油水分离等领域得到了广泛应用。激光、电火花线切割和微铣削加工技术具有工艺简单、加工精度高和可控性好等优点,是制备微织构超疏水表面的有效途径。综述了微织构超疏水表面的制备方法及应用进展,并指出现阶段存在的问题及未来的发展方向。
Superhydrophobic microtextured surface has been widely used in the fields of corrosion resistance,anti-icing and oil-water separation because of its stable hydrophobic properties.Laser,WEDM and micro-milling have the advantages of simple process,high processing accuracy and good controllability,which are effective methods to prepare superhydrophobic microtextured surface.The preparation methods and applications of superhydrophobic microtextured surface were viewed,and the existing problems and future development directions were pointed out.
