非离子表面活性剂对还原氧化石墨烯分散性能的影响

摘要 为了提高热还原法制备的还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)在水溶液中的分散性,采用超声波处理结合非离子表面活性剂分散的方法,选择聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、吐温80(TW-80)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)三种非离子表面活性剂,研究RGO的分散性能。通过静置法分析了不同非离子表面活性剂对RGO水溶液的分散稳定性,结果表明添加非离子表面活性剂能有效提高RGO的分散性,其中1.5%PVP K30和3%TW-80处理后的RGO分散稳定性最好。通过拉曼光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等对分散后的RGO进行了表征,结果表明,分散后RGO的层间距增大,PVP K30-RGO的表面褶皱较少,较为光滑,且层间距最大,为0.42nm。 In order to improve the dispersion of reduced graphene oxide(RGO)prepared by thermal reduction method in aqueous solution,three nonionic surfactants,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),tween 80(TW-80)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),were selected by ultrasonic treatment combined with nonionic surfactant dispersion to study the dispersion performance of RGO.The effects of different nonionic surfactants on the dispersion stability of RGO aqueous solution were analyzed by static method.The results showed that the addition of nonionic surfactants could effectively improve the RGO dispersion,among which RGO treated with 1.5%PVP K30 and 3%TW-8 had the best dispersion stability.The dispersed RGO was characterized by Raman spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicated that the interlayer spacing of dispersed RGO increased,and the surface of PVP K30-RGO exhibited less wrinkles,a smoother appearance,and the largest interlayer spacing of 0.42nm.
