电子用双环戊二烯苯酚树脂的合成及表征

摘要 以双环戊二烯(DCPD)和苯酚为原料,以BF_(3)·Et_(2)O为烷基化反应的催化剂,制备双环戊二烯苯酚树脂(DPR)。通过改变反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量,采用正交试验,探究不同条件下烷基化反应的最佳工艺条件,使得合成的树脂能够符合电子用树脂的要求。当反应条件为2h、110℃,原料配比为8∶1,催化剂用量为0.5%时,聚合度n=0的组分含量可达91.02%,产品符合电子用DPR的要求。 In this paper,dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and phenol were used as raw materials,and BF 3·Et 2O was used as catalyst for alkylation reaction to produce dicyclopentadiene phenol resin(DPR).By changing the reaction time,reaction temperature,raw material ratio,catalyst amount,orthogonal experiment was used to explore the optimal process conditions of alkylation reaction under different conditions,ensuring that the synthesized resin could meet the requirements for electronic application.When the reaction conditions were 2h,110℃,the raw material ratio was 8∶1,and the catalyst dosage was 0.5%,the component content of polymerization degree n=0 could reach 91.02%,and the product met the requirements of DPR for electronic application.
