碳纤维对气凝胶/水泥基复合隔热材料结构与性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of carbon fiber on the structure and performance of aerogel/cement-based composite insulation materials

摘要 以SiO_(2)气凝胶、水泥基、玻璃微珠为添加物,探究不同碳纤维加入量对SiO_(2)气凝胶复合隔热板性能的影响,利用BET比表面积、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热导率分析、密度分析的检测方法对复合材料的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:碳纤维的添加并未改变复合材料的孔隙结构,也没有引起复合材料内部发生化学变化,仍保留着气凝胶隔热材料多孔结构的优良特性;随着碳纤维添加量的增加,引起了复合材料的比表面积、密度、热导率的改变;碳纤维添加量为1%(wt,质量分数)时,复合材料的热导率最低,孔径和孔容相对较大、密度相对较高,对复合材料具有加强作用。 The effects of various carbon fiber additions on the performance of SiO_(2) aerogel composite thermal insulation panels were investigated using SiO_(2) aerogel,cementitious,and glass beads as additives.The structures and properties of the composites were characterized using BET,FT-IR,thermal conductivity analysis,and density analysis test methods.The results of the experiment demonstrated that the addition of carbon fibers did not alter the pore structure of the composites or cause chemical changes in the inner part of the composites,preserving the excellent characteristics of the porous structure of aerogel insulation materials.However,with the increase of the addition of carbon fibers,it caused the changes of the specific surface area,density and thermal conductivity of the composites.When the addition of carbon fibers was 1%(wt,mass fraction),the composites had the lowest thermal conductivity,relatively large pore size and pore capacity and high density,which had a strengthening effect on the composite.
