摘要
针对北京市钢结构类型超低能耗建筑示范项目——昌平区未来科学城第二中学建设工程的高效保温成功实施作法,对钢结构被动式超低能耗建筑竖向被动区与非被动区分界处高效保温施工技术进行系统性的总结,提出提高建筑围护结构的热工性能,从而最大幅度地降低或取消对主动式机械采暖和制冷系统的使用,进而降低建筑采暖和制冷能耗,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
Based on the successful implementation of efficient thermal insulation in the construction of No.2 Middle School in the Future Science City in Changping District,a demonstration project of steel buildings featuring ultra-low energy consumption in Beijing,construction techniques were systematically summarized for efficient thermal insulation at the boundaries between vertical passive and non-passive zones of passive steel buildings featuring ultra-low energy consumption.It was proposed to improve the thermal performance of building envelopes,thus minimizing or eliminating active mechanical heating and cooling systems and reducing the energy consumption for heating and cooling in buildings,as a reference for similar projects in the future.
