摘要
黄河国家博物馆正门采用单层拉索玻璃幕墙。拉索固定端所在的结构构件变形较大,会造成明显的拉索内力损失,进而影响拉索刚度。通过施工模拟计算,采取额外增加配重及适当超张拉等方式,在施工过程中控制拉索内力,结合结构变形,使拉索最终预拉力达到设计值。适当优化张拉顺序,尽量减小施工过程中拉索的预拉力。拉索按照方案张拉,内力基本满足设计要求。
The main entrance of the Yellow River National Museum adopts a single-layer cable glass curtain wall.The structural component where the fixed end of the cable is located has significant deformation,which can cause significant loss of cable force and subsequently affect the stiffness of the cable.Through construction simulation calculations,additional counterweights and appropriate overtensioning were adopted to control the internal force of the cables during the construction process,combined with structural deformation,to achieve the final pretension of the cables to the design value.By appropriately optimizing the tensioning sequence,minimized the pretension of the cables during the construction process as much as possible.The cables were tensioned according to the plan,and the cable force basically meet the design requirements.
