Improving the Learning Ability of College Counselors:Value,Circumstances of the Times,and Path

提升学习力是高校辅导员自我发展的需要,也是其服务学生成长的客观要求及促进高校辅导员队伍建设的必然选择。在学习型社会建设和高校内涵式发展的背景下,应坚持问题导向和实践指向,将学习力理念引入高校辅导员队伍建设中,从学习目标维度多视角回答“为什么学”的问题,从学习内容维度多方位回答“学什么”的问题,从学习方法维度多层面回答“怎么学”的问题,推动高校辅导员在提升学习力的过程中,增强育人本领,成长为新时代学习实践型辅导员。

Improving learning ability is not only the need of self-development of college counselors,but also the requirement of serving the students and promoting the construction of college counselors.In the context of the construction of a learning society and the connotative development of universities and colleges,we should,by introducing the concept of learning ability into the construction of college counselors and adhering to the principles of problem orientation and practice orientation,answer the questions of“why to learn”,“what to learn”and“how to learn”so as to improve the counselors’competence in serving students and help the counselors equip with learning ability and practical skills in the new era.
