摘要
船舶在厂修理期间,船体结构喷砂除锈后产生的大量废砂,需要使用吸砂机进行收集。在废砂收集过程中,吸砂机会产生远高于环境保护标准的噪声污染。文章以某型吸砂机为研究对象,分析了噪声产生的机理,结合多维最新的降噪技术,开发设计了具有针对性的技术方案。通过方案的实施应用,将吸砂机产生的噪声污染控制在了环境保护的标准范围内,满足了废砂收集施工作业的要求。
During ship repair in the factory,it will produce a large amount of waste sand after sandblasting and rust removal,which needs to be collected by a sand suction machine.In the process of waste sand collection,the noise pollution generated by the sand suction machine is much higher than the environmental protection standard.This paper takes a sand suction machine as the research object,analyzes the noise generation mechanism,and develops a specific technical scheme by combining the latest multi-dimensional noise reduction technology.Through the implementation and application of the scheme,it controls the noise pollution generated by the sand suction machine within the environmental protection standard,and meets the requirements of waste sand collection construction.
