当代藏族文艺的自我表达与文化现代性追求——评作家万玛才旦的短篇小说《水果硬糖》

Self-expression and the Pursuit of Cultural Modernity in Contemporary Tibetan Literature and Art——Review of PemaTseden's Short Story"Hard Fruit Candy"

本文以藏族作家万玛才旦的短篇小说《水果硬糖》为个案,从小说语言的审美特性、小说文本的文化修辞意义、小说文本的文化现代性思考三个层面,探讨当代藏族文学的自我表达和文化现代性追求。万玛才旦的小说创作,主要基于本土文化体系的表述,努力通过自我叙述和表达“祛魅”,呈现本土原生文化和传统的回归,且对本土文化的嬗变进行了现代性反思,客观地描述了现代化进程中传统与现代二元模式对立共存的历史现状。

Tibetan writer PemaTseden's short story"Hard Fruit Candy,"published in Harvest Literary Magazine(Issue 3,2021),is an excellent work with high literary value.Taking the novel text"Hard Fruit Candy"as a case study,this paper thoroughly discusses the self-expression and the pursuit of cultural modernity in contemporary Tibetan literature and art,mainly from the three levels:the aesthetics through the novel's language,the significance of cultural rhetoric,and the reflection of cultural modernity.This novel writing is mainly based on expressing the local culture,especially through self-narration and"disenchantment,"showing the native culture and"summoning the spirit"of tradition.In the meantime,PemaTseden's work also reflects the transmutation of the local culture and objectively describesthe dichotomy and coexistence of tradition and modernity in the proceeding of history.
