摘要
观察PBL联合Seminar教学法在呼吸内科专硕科研能力的应用效果。以30名接受传统讲授式教学的专硕为对照组,30名接受传统讲授教学和PBL联合Seminar教学法的专硕为试验组。教学结束后,比较两组出科考核成绩和调查问卷结果。前者包括理论考试及科研综合能力考核,后者包括文献阅读数量、自主学习能力、科研思维能力、科研写作能力和问题分析能力、科研经历及科研产出。与对照组相比,试验组的出科考核成绩和科研综合能力显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其自主学习、科研思维、科研写作、问题分析能力、科研经历及科研产出亦明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBL联合Seminar教学法能激发研究生的学术兴趣和动力,提高学生的科研能力。
Objective To observe the application effect of PBL combined with Seminar teaching mode in improving the scientific research ability of graduate students with professional degree in respiratory medicine.Methods 30 graduate students with professional degree in respiratory medicine in 2020 were selected as the control group and the traditional teaching method was adopted.The 30 graduate students with professional degree in respiratory medicine in 2021 were selected as the experimental group to conduct PBL combined with Seminar teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching.After the teaching,the two groups were compared in the examination results and questionnaire results.The former includes theory examination and comprehensive scientific research ability assessment,while the latter includes the proportion of professional master's literature reading,independent learning ability,logical thinking ability,paper writing ability and problem analysis ability,scientific research experience and scientific research output.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores and comprehensive scientific research ability of professional masters in experimental groups were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Their independent learning,scientific research thinking,thesis writing,problem analysis ability,research experience and research output were also significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with Seminar teaching mode can stimulate the academic interest and motivation of graduate students and improve their scientific research ability.
