能力本位模式下土木工程专业项目化教学改革研究

目前我国高等学校土木工程专业技术人才的培养普遍存在着培养与需求、理论与实践、校内资源与社会资源结合得不够紧密的问题。该文针对这一问题,旨在以培养社会亟需的土木工程技能型专业人才,研究以“能力本位”为模式,以项目化教学法推动土木工程专业的教学改革,形成土木工程专业课程体系改革的体系化、系统化,研究和开发土木工程专业课程设置的能力体系、课程链接体系和课程结构体系。其研究成果将对土木工程专业社会亟需的紧缺型人才培养起到积极的推动作用。

At present,there are generally problems in the cultivation of civil engineering technical talents in Chinese higher education institutions,such as insufficient integration between cultivation and demand,theory and practice,and school resources and social resources.To this issue,the article aims to cultivate the much-needed civil engineering skilled professionals in society.Firstly,on the basis of the competency-based model,the teaching reform of civil engineering major was promoted through project-based teaching method.Then the system for reforming the curriculum system of civil engineering majors was proposed.Finally,the competency system,course link system,and course structure system for civil engineering courses were established.The research results will play a positive role in promoting the cultivation of urgently needed talents in the civil engineering profession in society.
