摘要
该文结合新工科建设背景下的“三全育人”理念,构建了高校交通运输工程专业的“一体两翼三化四促”实践育人培养模式。即以培养自立自强现代化人才为核心,通过“两翼”(两个团队)的相互协同,实践“三化”(主体系统化、管理制度化、评价多元化)的有机保障,“四位”基地(劳动教育、志愿服务、专业实践、国际交流)的建设互促,构建完整的思政实践育人模式,并以长沙理工大学交通运输工程学院为例进行探索与实践,以期为我国交通运输专业人才培养提供一定的参考。
This paper introduces the concept of"All-around education"within the context of emerging engineering education.It establishes the"One Core,Two Teams,Three Systematization,Four Bases"practical education cultivation mode for transport engineering majors in higher education institutions.This model places the cultivation of self-reliant and modernized talents at its core,fostering synergy between"Two Teams",ensuring organic support for the"Three Systematization"(institutionalization of the main body,systematization of management,diversification of evaluation),and promoting the development of the"Four Bases"(labor education,voluntary service,professional practice,international exchange).It constructs a comprehensive ideological and practical education model.The School of Transportation Engineering at Changsha University of Science and Technology serves as an illustrative example to explore and implement this model,with the aim of providing valuable insights for the training of transportation engineering professionals in China.
