冀中北部油区原油计量误差影响因素及对策

Influence factors and countermeasures for oil metering error in northern Central Hebei oil province

摘要 冀中北部油区立式分离器单井计量方式的减少,用于标定示功图算产的修正系数不全面,造成原油计量误差较大。通过对现有的计量工艺与计量结果的相关数据分析,开展Standing经验公式法标定示功图算产中原油体积系数,液面法计算产液量对比示功图算产的方法研究,建立系统单井计量方式优选标准,形成了一套适用于冀中北部油区原油计量的方法。现场成功应用Standing经验公式法和液面法,测取计量155口油井产量,原油误差降低到4.8%。该方法能够有效降低单井计量误差,为地质分析提供精准数据,有效保证油田的开发效果,为冀中北部油区油井原油精确计量提供一些新的思路和方法。 In the northern Central Hebei oil province,less modes of vertical-separator single-well metering and incomplete correction factors for calibrating the indicator diagram production calculation lead to big error in oil metering.Through analysis of existing metering processes and results,it was proposed to use the Standing empirical formula to calibrate the oil formation volume factor in indicator diagram production calculation and apply the liquid-level method for liquid production calculation in contrast to the indicator diagram production calculation.Correspondingly,the criteria for systematic selection of single-well metering process were established,and an approach of oil metering suitable for the northern Central Hebei was formed.The Standing empirical formula and liquid-level method were applied on site to measure the oil productions of 155 wells,reflecting a decline of error to 4.8%.It is concluded that the approach can effectively reduce the error in single-well oil metering,thereby contributing accurate data for geological analysis and ensuring the performance of oilfield development.This study provides additional idea and method for accurate metering of oil production in the northern Central Hebei oil province.
