小型农田水利工程不仅是推动我国农业经济发展的基础,也是实现农业可持续发展的关键。为了探究小型农田水利工程建设和管理相关问题,采取了实际调研法、文献资料法,以小型农田水利工程项目A为案例研究,介绍了该工程的建设现状,并提出了关于A工程建设和管理尚存的问题,如缺乏规划、受到资金和技术影响等。最后,回归实际,重点论述解决上述问题的可行化对策,旨在为类似工程建设和管理提供有价值的参考,从而发挥出农田水利工程的最大效益。

Small farmland water conservancy projects are not only the foundation for promoting the development of China’s agricultural economy,but also the key to achieving sustainable agricultural development.In order to explore issues related to the construction and management of small-scale farmland water conservancy projects,adopts practical research methods and literature review methods.Taking small-scale farmland water conservancy project A as a case study,the article introduces the current construction status of the project and raises issues related to the construction and management of project A,such as lack of planning,financial and technological impact,etc.Finally,returning to reality,the focus is on discussing feasible strategies to solve the above problems,aiming to provide valuable references for similar engineering construction and management,in order to maximize the benefits of agricultural water conservancy projects.
