随着全球基础设施建设不断发展,国际工程项目中的EPC(工程设计、采购和施工)总承包模式越来越受到关注。主要研究国际EPC总承包工程项目管理的关键点。首先,深入分析EPC总承包模式的优势和挑战,重点探讨合同、风险和供应链管理等关键因素。其次,讨论项目团队构建、沟通与协作、资源配置等关键管理技巧。同时,研究先进技术的应用,例如人工智能和大数据分析在EPC项目管理中的作用。最后,通过案例研究总结成功的EPC项目管理经验,并提出解决潜在问题的策略。旨在为国际EPC总承包工程项目的成功实施提供有益的参考,推动工程管理领域的进步和创新。
With the continuous development of global infrastructure construction,the EPC(Engineering Design,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting model in international engineering projects is receiving increasing attention.Mainly study the key points of international EPC general contracting project management.Firstly,conduct an in-depth analysis of the advantages and challenges of the EPC general contracting model,focusing on key factors such as contracts,risks,and supply chain management.Secondly,discuss key management techniques such as project team building,communication and collaboration,and resource allocation.At the same time,research the application of advanced technologies,such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis,in EPC project management.Finally,summarize successful EPC project management experience through case studies and propose strategies to address potential issues.Aims to provide useful references for the successful implementation of international EPC general contracting engineering projects,and promote progress and innovation in the field of engineering management.
