近年来,随着国家“一带一路”倡议发展,越来越多的工程单位把目光投向海外。巴布亚新几内亚是南太地区共建“一带一路”重要国家之一,基础建设较为落后,国家测量坐标系统不健全,大部分采用UTM投影建立而成,工程项目处在投影带不同的位置有着不同的投影变形,该投影变形引起的误差往往不能满足工程测量要求。通过自定义UTM投影中央子午线,建立独立测量坐标系统,使项目位置处在UTM投影割线附近处,确保投影变形比例满足工程测量要求。详细介绍了平面测量控制网及高程测量控制网的建立过程,并对过程中测量要点进行总结,旨在为承接南太地区基建工程的同行提供参考。
In recent years,with the development of the national"the Belt and Road"strategy,more and more engineering units are looking overseas.Papua New Guinea is one of the important countries in the South Pacific region to jointly build the"the Belt and Road".Its infrastructure is relatively backward,and the national surveying coordinate system is not perfect.Most of the projects are built by UTM projection.The project has different projection deformations at different locations in the projection zone,and the errors caused by the projection deformation often cannot meet the requirements of engineering surveying.By customizing the UTM projection central meridian and establishing an independent measurement coordinate system,the project location is located near the UTM projection secant,ensuring that the projection deformation ratio meets the engineering measurement requirements.The article provides a detailed introduction to the establishment process of the plane measurement control network and the elevation measurement control network,and summarizes the key measurement points during the process,aiming to provide reference for peers undertaking infrastructure projects in the South Pacific region.
