Research on Improvement Measures for Urban River Management Based on theSponge City Concept

基于海绵城市理念的城区河道治理能够提高城市水资源利用效率、改善生态环境、减轻洪涝风险,为城市的可持续发展提供了新的路径和思路。提出了雨水资源管理与利用、生态修复与保护、绿色基础设施建设、社区参与和教育、多部门协同合作等五个方面的城区河道治理提升措施,并分析了这些措施的实施效益。

This study proposes five measures for improving urban river management,including rainwater resource management and utilization,ecological restoration and protection,green infrastructure construction,community participation and education,and multi departmental collaborative cooperation,and analyzes the implementation benefits of these measures.Research suggests that urban river management based on the concept of sponge cities can improve the efficiency of urban water resource utilization,improve the ecological environment,and reduceflood risks,providing new paths and ideas for sustainable development of cities.
